It was truly a really nice stay on our vacation, the hotel met my needs.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a king-sized bed, a mini kitchen, and a private patio. The grounds were old but beautiful, and we enjoyed the patio and courtyard. The hotel staff, especially the morning reception staff, were friendly and helpful. We were glad to see Gerri on Wednesday night while listening to the Dixieland Jazz Band. The hotel was clean, and the location in the Phoenix area was convenient.

Location: the hotel was very close to the bar at 9:30 on Saturday night, OTG pub, and the parking. It was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Long John Silver's, serving fast food. Booked a room with a king bed...

The pet deposit wasn't clearly listed online, but the front desk charged $100 for a deep cleaning due to a hypoallergenic dog. The room was somewhat dirty, with a filthy carpet and stained bed skirt. The maids did their job, though. The hot tub near our room didn't work, and there were no towels at the pool. A fox walked by while we were swimming.

Great complementary services! The location was perfect for us, close to the golf course and many restaurants. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service to the airport. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home during our stay.
The noise level was very high throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Our room was also outdated and could use some updating.
